This trade involves 5 teams with Multiple pieces being moved. The teams involved are: Brooklyn Nets, LA Lakers, Miami Heat, Utah Jazz, and Indiana Pacers.
The Brooklyn Nets would be sending Kevin Durant to Miami Heat, and Kyrie Irving to the Los Angeles Lakers. They would be receiving Donovan Mitchell, Tyler Herro, Talen Horton Tucker, Duncan Robinson, and Gabe Vincent. No draft picks here, but 5 young players to pair alongside Ben Simmons, and a big 3 of Simmons, Mitchell, and Herro would have the Nets like a serious threat in the Eastern Conference.
The Miami he would be receiving Kevin Durant and TJ McConnel, and giving up Tyler Herro, Gabe Vincent, Kyle Lowry, and Duncan Robinson, as well as 2 future 1st round draft picks. I tried to create a scenario where Bam and Lowry both stayed, but it was financially impossible for the Miami Heat. This trade would leave the Heat a little thin at PG but they would still be the favorite to come out the East and win the Championship.
The Los Angeles Lakers would be receiving Kyrie Irving, and sending Talen Horton-Tucker to the Brooklyn Nets, and Russell Westbrook to the Utah Jazz, as well as 2 future 1st round picks to the Jazz as well. The addition of Irving would add spacing the the floor to go alongside LeBron James, and Anthony Davis, and the Lakers would be a serious threat to come out of the West.
The Utah Jazz would be sending Donovan Mitchell to the Brooklyn Nets, and Rudy Gay to the Indiana Pacers, and their tank bomb will be complete with close to 20 picks in the next 7 drafts, and officially entering the Victor Wembanyama sweepstakes.
The Indiana Pacers the 5th team involved in this trade would be here just as a salary dump to receive a few 2nd round draft picks. They will be sending TJ McConnell to the Miami Heat, and receiving Kyle Lowry, and Rudy Gay. Both might end up being bought out or traded for some more draft picks.
