In a recent Instagram post LeBron James shared a few video clips with him training and doing basketball drills with his 2 sons: Bronny and Bryce. It is just an amazing thing to see as LeBron is approaching his 20th season in the NBA, he ready to make the claims that he is STILL the King of the NBA. Though having is own personal ambitions James still finds time to train with his sons as well as attend many of their AAU and Summer League Games.
The first drill demonstrated by all 3 is a dribble hand from the left wing, between the legs going to the left side, 2 dribbles and a dunk. By the way Bronny is looking extra springy.
The next drill demonstrated by Bronny and Bryce is a jab step to the right, one dribble to the right, behind the back to the left, step back jumpshot.
The next drill is a variation of the previous drill, except hitting the step back, Bronny spins back left after the behind the back for a swooping layup to the right.
The final drill demonstrated in the post was a dribble hand off from the left wing, 2 dribbles to the right to the free throw line for a jumpshot.
